We do our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise.

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code, so you can follow your package.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Should your package unfortunately arrive damaged or not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together to find a suitable solution.

Our vintage designer bags are carefully selected and are in good vintage condition. Any signs of wear and tear are part of the item's character and are always clearly displayed.

We sell only 100% authentic vintage designer bags, including those from Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Fendi.

Each bag is carefully inspected before being offered for sale. Most bags are made of high-quality leather or luxurious materials.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was received. The item must not have been worn, used, or damaged and, if applicable, must be returned with original packaging and labels.

Because our items are pre-loved and often vintage, they may show signs of wear. These are always clearly stated on the product page and do not constitute a valid reason for return. The return costs are for the buyer's own account, and the risk of the return shipment lies with the buyer. We therefore advise sending the package by registered mail or with track & trace.

Items that have been worn or are not returned in their original condition will be sent back to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund. To register a return or for questions, please contact us; we are happy to help you 🤍

Customers ordering from a country outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Import duties and taxes are usually charged by the carrier, or must be paid when you pick up the package at a collection point.

We offer no warranty on items purchased from us. Therefore, please carefully check the condition of the item before purchasing and again once you have received it. Once an item has been worn, we can no longer offer a refund.
