Refund policy

Warranty
We do not offer any warranty on items purchased from us. Please carefully check the condition of the item before purchasing and again upon receipt. Once an item has been worn, we can no longer offer a refund.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was received. The item must not be worn, used, or damaged and must be returned, where applicable, with its original packaging and tags.

As our items are pre-loved and often vintage, they may show signs of wear. These are always clearly described on the product page and do not constitute valid grounds for a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the risk of return shipment lies with the buyer. We therefore recommend sending the package via registered mail or with track & trace.

Items that have been worn or are not returned in their original condition will be sent back to the sender and are not eligible for a refund. To register a return or if you have any questions, please contact us we are happy to help 🤍

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and informed whether your return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
